Processor Specific Instructions:
Non-EMV Setup: SelbySoft will need a setup sheet for the appropriate platform. Please realize that
EMV is the only supported PCI solution that SelbySoft offers. The merchant will not be PCI compliant
if they choose this route. SelbySoft will require the information that Datacap asks for. That will
include some First Data platforms to have a Datawire ID that is self-provisioning. Datacap also has
specific instructions on the size and number of characters certain fields will have (Merchant ID,
Terminal ID for example). These can vary depending on the platform.

For either platform, the majority of our customers will require tipping to be enabled. This will
require a RESTAURANT setup and not RETAIL.
SelbySoft will be able to provide a screen shot of the information needed for the appropriate platform.
Please realize that multiple setups will result in additional setup fees to the customer. SelbySoft will
spend very limited time in conference calls regarding proper sheet setups.
